EVA film is the laminated interlayer for the laminated safety glass. The main material is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, which has excellent transparency, flexibility and adhesion. 

Application: laminated tempered glass or toughened laminated glass . When the EVA film melt after heating in the laminated machine, it will like glue that bond 2 pcs of glasses together.

Advantage: 1) Improve the tensile breaking of the glass, even the glass broke, The fragments would not fall down.2)  WIth good weather resistance to apply for outdoor ,with strong UV resistance to protect the furniture . 3) It is flexible to laminate with different kind of material, like PET, PDLC film, fabric ,arc...

Mostly EVA film in the market are for laminated tempered glass used only. The new kind of EVA film is with heat resistance function which provide a temperature decrease for the interior space.  The Infrared blocking of toughened laminated glass is up to 90%, performance from 800 to 2500nm  VLT  above 70% ,Suitable  for curtain, skyroof.

Lamination process: 130 celsius degree

Equipment: laminated machine, autoclave.

1) Fabric / Pet lamination: Due to the material can't heat with a high temperature , we will suggest to use 110  celsius degree to process the material to keep origin color and shape the the material.

2）Metal mesh: Due to the metal mesh is thin and hard to laminate, please be sure the EVA film or PVB film is with enough thickness to bond the glasses with metal mesh together. Or it will be easy to have bubble.

3) laminated tempered glass： Some tempered glass is not with good flatness, you need to add more layers of the EVA film to be sure the glass bond together.

1 time used plastic bag is a material which can be used for curved laminated tempered glass and decorative fabric interlayer for glass lamination The temperature can be up to 150 celsius degree. Compared to the standard vaccum bag, this plastic bag is much flexible and with good vaccuming of laminated glass. Heating cutter is quite useful for different kind of material(such as film, fabric, leather, rope) cutting. Especially laminated tempered glass, it is hard to clean the glass edge.
